B.SUPREME FESTIVAL

As i was in the area, popped into the Southbank Centre to have a gander as some of the happenings at the B.Supreme Festival, the UK’s festival for women which features an assortment of international dance performances and battles by some of the world’s best female hip-hop dancers. Got there pretty late as both main performances had finished, but managed to catch three performances from some young, up and coming London based groups.

The younger girls were loving Pastry's....(although i still hate them)

A dancer needs, Nike's for dancing ,adidas tote for preping, Vans for departing....and look at the performance of the laces!!

Whilst there met a really cool lady named Katie Pearson who i got chatting to about amongst other things, her addiction to sneakers. Performng at this years Breakin' Convention, she will be performing a piece which incorporates 10 pairs of trainers!!! Rockin a pair of fresh, all-white adicolor booties (no pic unfortunately as the image i took was pretty whack), i am intrigued by the selection of, and how the trainers will feature in her dance piece.
